Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Relay ("Relay," "we," "us," or "our"), a transportation management product operated by Digitally Simple LLC and available at relaydispatch.app. By accessing or using Relay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Relay.

Relay provides software that transportation companies use to manage reservations, dispatch drivers, and communicate with riders. Relay may send transactional and operational notifications on behalf of those companies, including by email and SMS text message.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to misuse Relay, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner, interfering with its operation, or using it to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited content.

Relay may send SMS text messages to riders who provide their mobile number and opt in to receive them. These messages are transactional and operational, such as booking confirmations, reservation changes, reminders, and driver status or arrival updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. For complete details, see our SMS Terms.

Your use of Relay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell personal information, and mobile opt-in and SMS consent data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Relay and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Digitally Simple LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

Relay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitally Simple LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Relay.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Relay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
