SMS Terms & Conditions

Relay (relaydispatch.app), a product of Digitally Simple LLC, operates an SMS text messaging program. Messages are sent on behalf of the transportation companies that use Relay. The messages are transactional and operational, and may include booking confirmations, changes to a reservation, reminders, and driver status or estimated time of arrival updates (for example, "Your driver is about 10 minutes away" or "Your driver will arrive today at 3:00 PM").

You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive messages during booking, or by otherwise providing express consent. By opting in, you authorize Relay to send recurring automated text messages to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity, such as the reservations and trips associated with your number. You may receive messages around the time you book, when details change, ahead of a scheduled trip, and as your driver is en route.

Message and data rates may apply. Relay does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply depending on your plan. Check with your carrier for details.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control.

Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information, including phone numbers collected for SMS, and no consent or opt-in data, will ever be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
