Relay sends SMS text messages on behalf of the transportation companies that use our product. Messages are transactional and operational in nature, such as booking confirmations, changes to a reservation, reminders, and driver status or estimated time of arrival updates.

You consent to receive these text messages when you provide your mobile number and opt in during booking. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information. No mobile information, including phone numbers collected for SMS, and no consent or opt-in data, will ever be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with the subprocessors that help us deliver messages (such as our messaging provider) and only for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers (subprocessors) who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery, bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• The transportation company fulfilling your reservation.

As stated above, mobile opt-in and SMS consent data is never shared for third-party marketing under any circumstances.
